PLAN (Professional Lenders Association Network of Australia Pty Ltd)

Professional Lenders Association Network of Australia As members of PLAN we have pledged to strictly adhere to their Code of Ethics, which outlines the minimum ethical standards to be maintained. Briefly, these are:

  • To comply with all laws and regulations relating to the Mortgage Industry
  • To avoid any conflicts of interest
  • To maintain confidentiality in all dealings

 

MFAA (Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia)

Mortgage Finance Association of Australia The MFAA is a national industry body representing over 10,000 members. It advocates ethical business practice, works closely with both national and state governments, offers industry specific education as well as information to its members on compliance, legal and consumer matters. Their mission is simply “to ensure the orderly and ethical working of the mortgage and finance industry in Australia”.

FBAA (Finance Brokers Association of Australia)

Finance Brokers Association of Australia The FBAA is also a national industry body representing finance and mortgage brokers. One of its key functions is to act as a lobbyist to both the various state and federal governments. Its objectives are based on integrity, personal growth, representation, organisation and management standards.

AgForce

AgForce Being based in Central Queensland, we have a large contingent of rural clients covering the whole spectrum of rural activities from grazing to farming to small crops. AgForce keeps us up to date with rural issues that in turn affect our clients. This enables us to understand the various regulations, seasonal influences, etc. that our rural clients face.

LTAQ (Livestock Transporters Association of Queensland)

Livestock Transporters Association of Queensland A large number of our clients are involved in the Livestock Transport industry. For many years we have been financing trucks and trailers for people involved in this industry, so it is important for us to know the issues our clients are faced with. This helps us a lot when negotiation with various financiers on our client’s behalf.
