Our History

Esdale Sinclair & Associates commenced business in July 1997 by Steve Esdale and Wayne Sinclair who had a combined total of over 50 years in the banking and finance industries.

Following the closure of the traditional office network by the major banks in regional Queensland, Steve and Wayne recognised the need for a locally based finance brokerage business that provided old fashioned "face-to-face" service.

From a humble beginning with just Steve, Wayne and one other staff member, Esdale Sinclair & Associates now has representation in Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Gladstone and North West Queensland.

In September 2006, the Rockhampton and Yeppoon operations of Esdale Sinclair & Associates joined the Centrepoint Alliance Group. The acquisition has enabled Esdale Sinclair & Associates to expand their product offerings to their clients.

As part of the continual expansion strategy, in November 2007 the Cloncurry office opened to service North West Queensland.
