Rural Property Finance
Rural Property Finance is used for the acquisition or refinance of rural properties over terms ranging from five to fifteen years, either on an interest only or principal and interest repayment basis. Rates can be fixed, variable or a combination of both. Repayments can be geared to suit seasonal cash flow.
A stock mortgage facility is also available. Generally lending will be limited to 50% of the value of the herd secured by a Registered Stock Mortgage.
