Shane Nipperess "Nipper"

I have been a part of the Esdale Sinclair Team since April 2000 and in January 2007, purchased  the Yeppoon office.

Prior to that I was employed by a major bank, having worked in various branches across Queensland, the last 16 years in the commercial lending area.

Living locally allows my family to enjoy the fantastic lifestyle available on our doorstep. I am a very keen golfer and look to going fishing whenever I can.

I am fortunate to have a really wonderful  team around me, who genuinely enjoy their work and share my enthusiasm for providing outstanding customer service.

We will be relocating to our own  premises later this year to 34 Normanby St Yeppoon, which will provide both our customers and the team with a great place to do business.

I am a qualified J.P. / Commissioner for Declarations, have completed my Certificate IV in Financial Services ( FINANCE / MORTGAGE BROKING ) and am an Accredited Mortgage Consultant with the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia.
