Our Team

Dennis Esdale
Director
With over 25 years’ experience in finance broking, Dennis brings extensive industry knowledge and a practical, solutions-focused approach to every client engagement. Dennis specialises in home lending and personal loans, working closely with clients to structure finance that supports both immediate needs and long-term goals.
He has a strong focus on helping first home buyers, guiding them through every step of their first property purchase — from understanding borrowing capacity and loan options through to approval and settlement. His experience also extends to complex lending scenarios, including self-employed and business owners, where tailored strategies and lender selection are critical.
In addition to residential lending, he has the knowledge and capability to assist with commercial and equipment finance, as well as Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) lending. As a finance professional with a young family of his own, he understands the importance of clear communication, trusted advice, and building financial security with confidence.

Chris Sinclair
Director
With extensive experience in equipment finance, Chris specialises in supporting clients across the earthmoving, construction, mining, and transport industries. Chris started his working life undertaking a hydraulic mechanics apprenticeship and understands the demands of heavy machinery. He works closely with businesses to structure practical, competitive finance solutions that support growth and cash flow.
Outside of work, Chris has a keen interest in agriculture and owns a small property of his own, where he enjoys spending his spare time. This hands-on connection to rural life gives him a genuine appreciation of the challenges faced by primary producers and machinery owners alike.

Errol Bambrick
Director
Errol has worked in banking and finance since 1980, partnering with financial institutions across Queensland. He has extensive experience throughout West and North West Queensland and the Northern Territory, with strong industry knowledge spanning cotton, cane, sheep and small crops across the Burdekin, Lockyer Valley, Central Highlands and South West Queensland.
Errol joined Esdale Sinclair & Associates in 2012 and values working on the client side of the desk to achieve the best possible outcomes. Since joining ES&A, he has expanded the client base to include large grazing enterprises, property developers and rural contractors. With many clients no longer seeing bank managers on-farm, Esdale Sinclair & Associates (ES&A) offers a hands-on approach, including annual on-farm or business visits, cashflow analysis, bank negotiations and succession planning, supported by trusted legal and accounting partners. Backed by a combined 200 years of banking and finance experience, the ES&A team helps guide clients through an increasingly complex banking system.
Building strong relationships and helping clients secure a better future for their businesses and families is what Errol values most.
Errol is proud of the support ES&A has been able to give to community through sponsorships including the Royal Flying Doctor Service, Helicopter Rescue Service and the Black Dog Institute, along with numerous local charities and community groups.
